In its first concert of the new academic year, Durham University Choral Society presents an exciting and varied programme, featuring:

  • Five Flower Songs, Benjamin Britten

  • Son of God Mass, James Whitbourn

  • Rejoice in the Lamb, Benjamin Britten

  • Les Sirènes, Lili Boulanger

  • Berliner Messe, Arvo Pärt

    Offering both a Mass for saxophone and choir as well as a Mass for the fall of the Berlin Wall, this programme promises to provide an experience spanning countless styles and sentiments, all in ode to the programme’s central pillar: Rejoice.
