Students With Musical Skills Wanted For Turtle Song, A Project Together With People Living With Dementia
Register your interest to volunteer with Turtle Song, a music project to support people with dementia.
Turtle Song is a singing and song-writing initiative for people living with dementia and their carers. The project is led by a professional composer and director. This short video sums up the project: https://vimeo.com/649091640.

Final sharing will take place March 20th

Why Get Involved?
Turtle Song is a chance for you to use your musical skills to enhance the lives of people living with dementia and their carers.
What We Ask of You
You would need to commit to the full project as continuity with the participants is key
Be positive and enthusiastic
Each week you will work with the composer, director & participants to write songs as a large group - you will also break into smaller groups and help to lead creation
You will help to provide accompaniment to the songs with the composer
You will have the opportunity to perform to the group each week
